Godfrey W. Pinder & Co. is a sole partner law firm, established in January, 1975, by Dr. Godfrey W. Pinder, Esquire.

Dr. Godfrey Pinder, affectionately known as "Pro," has over thirty years experience in the legal profession and is a member of the American, British, and Bahamian Bar Associations, thereby allowing him to practice in three different jurisdictions, The United States, Great Britain, and The Bahamas. This international status makes Dr. Godfrey W. Pinder & Co. one of a kind in the country.

Dr. Godfrey "Pro" Pinder began his law firm by always putting his clients' needs first. Like most established criminal defense attorneys, Dr. Pinder spends a lot of time traveling to and from court. While most of his cases are in Nassau, The Bahamas, he will also travel around the Islands for his clients and has represented or consulted clients as far away as London and California.

Dr. Pinder understands that being charged with a crime can be a very stressful, and is dedicated to the highest standards of representation and personal service.

Though criminal defense requires constantly making court appearances, Dr. Pinder has a broad range of services and has represented various other matters within his practice.
